The raising of teachers salary is long overdue, having income comparable to the military sector and the PNP will elevate their morale and increase their dedication and effectiveness to their chosen profession. As a young child, I have always looked up to my teachers for guidance and learning experience, some of them I still remember after all the many years that passed by. I hope the raise would materialized faster than what the President promised, they are truly deserving of the pay raise.
