Supreme court are also independent body of the judiciary system, based on law of the land and other basic rights of the people with/or without criminal cases as to be proven to the court to obtain justice for the truths and facts obtained. If we apply the BBL - system to be applied or affiliate to the Republic Act of the Philippines they should also comply to the system implemented in our constitutional right.
