A University of Santo Tomas (UST) graduate topped the recent Physician Licensure Examination where 3,340 out of 4,064 examinees passed, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said on Friday.

1. Vincent Edouard Anthony Retardo Gullas scored the highest with 90.50, followed by Jan David Choa Monzon and Robert Carandang Reña, both of De La Salle University-Health Sciences Institute, with 90.08, and Karl Phillip Lumio Avillo of West Visayas State University-La Paz with 90.00.
